Chesty's Dog training started from a desire to help others through their dogs. David Cash started training dogs to help his transition from serving the the United States Marine Corps to civilian life. He started his training path on a very rocky start. First as a doggie day care attendant, then training under his former mentor at a training facility in Fredericksburg, Va. It was at this point he realized that training dogs doesn't need to be done at a training facility, or with an expensive board and train model at a trainer's home. He discovered that to effectively to help owners though private one on one lessons in their homes was the way to go. In this way the owner can learn at their own pace, save a butt load of money, and enjoy seeing that the things they struggle with are not all that bad. He has trained dogs form his local communities back in his hometown Virgina, and now currently in New Jersey. He has mantained a new mentorship with another trainer for the past 4 years and studies to advance his learning even in his free time. Donates time to shelters when allowed the opportunity to work with different breeds, temperaments and of course crazy problem behaviors. We don't live in the clouds, or a fantasy world, and we don't do what we do for just for the money. All Chesty's dog training wants is owners to have accurate information, effective training techniques they can use at home, and a great life with their campion dogs.
